FTRC Loves…Kristen Stewart
On the Road finally hits cinemas this week! Here’s a few nuggets of K-Stew trivia to whet your appetites…
• Kris’ middle name is Jaymes. The Y is presumably to gibe down the boyish-ness.
• Turned 18 during the filming of the first Twilight movie. Was given a cake…plus her first full working day. Those movie types are so generous!
• ‘Spotted’ in a Christmas play, aged 8.
• Has done jury duty.
• Learned to play the guitar for The Runaways, as well as doing all her own singing.
• Beat out both Amber Heard and Evan Rachel Wood for her role in Into the Wild.
• Touches her hair constantly while in character as Adventureland’s Em. Someone counted a total of 55 nervous hair pats! That’s a recipe for RSI for sure.
• Endured three hours of makeup in order to look terrible for the first part of Twilight: Breaking Dawn.
• Grew three inches during the shooting of Panic Room.
• Made her movie debut in godawful Flintstones sequel Viva Rock Vegas, as ‘Ring Toss Girl’. And she wasn’t even credited!
