How do I become an FTRC ‘Twitter-Crit’?
To become a Twitter-Crit just follow FTRC on Twitter (@F_T_R_C) and tweet us your thoughts on a film currently in the cinemas. If your tweet’s published on the FTRC iPhone app we’ll send you a pair of UK cinema tickets. For more information and guidelines please email info@fromtheredcarpet.co.uk.

Why can’t I find my local cinema?
If your cinema is missing please email you name and post code to info@fromtheredcarpet.co.uk. We will endeavour to add the cinema as soon as possible.

How far in advance are cinema showtimes available?
Showtimes are typically available up to seven days in advance. As our showtimes feed is updated daily, if times for a future date are not available, it’s likely we don’t have the information yet. If you can’t find today’s showtimes, please email the cinema name and postal code to info@fromtheredcarpet.co.uk.

Is it possible to share the films I want to see with my friends?
Yes. Using the FTRC iPhone app you can share cinema, film and showtime information with friends through Facebook and email.

I live outside of the United Kingdom. Can I find listings for my local cinema and showtimes?
No. The FTRC app currently only includes cinema listings and showtimes for the United Kingdom.

I live in the United Kingdom and can’t find any cinemas at all.
The FTRC app should display cinemas up to 30 miles from your current location. If you think your nearest cinema is over 30 miles away try entering a postcode closer to the cinema you’re looking for.

It’s also possible that the Current Location feature is temporarily out of order. If resetting the postcode doesn’t work, please email the postcode to info@fromtheredcarpet.co.uk.
