First teaser trailer for Carrie

When we first heard that Carrie was being remade we were a touch skeptical. The original is brilliant; how could any remake possibly live up to such a high level of awesome? But then Chloe Moretz was cast, and then Julianne Moore, and we started to feel the first twinges of ‘this is gonna be good’. Those twinges have become a full-on tingle with the release of the first teaser trailer.

It doesn’t give us much, but there’s blood and fire and Chloe Moretz is suitably creepy. Plus we just KNOW that Julianne Moore is going to be terrifying…eeps.

Carrie is released on 5 April 2013.
