First trailer for Stoker

When you hear that a film is going to be titled Stoker, you kind of assume it’s going to be somehow Dracula-related. Not so, in the case of Park Chan-Wook’s English-language debut (which just happens to have been written by Prison Break-er Wentworth Miller). It looks more like Hitchcock’s Shadow of a Doubt to us….just more colourful.

Starring Mia Wasikowska, Nicole Kidman and Matthew Goode, Stoker is the story of India, a teenager with an unstable mama dealing with the aftermath of her father’s death. When her mum starts a relationship with her uncle, things get creepy. Fast.

We’re really rather liking the look of this one…roll on March 1 2013!
