Let’s all take a sneaky-peek at Sienna Milller as Hitchcock muse Tippi Hedren in The Girl
Back in the day, Alfred Hitchcock was whatever the iconic director equivalent is of bunny boiler over actress Tippi Hedren, the star of his film The Birds.
HBO and the BBC have teamed up to tell the story of Hitchcock’s obsession, and his efforts to win Hedren’s love, in The Girl, to be aired on HBO October 20.
Toby Jones stars as Hitchcock, while Sienna Miller tackles the role of Hedren. Julian Jarrold directs. No date has been released for its BBC2 screening.
