New stills from Les Miserables

There are few films we’re more excited about for this year than Les Miserables. What can we say, we’re suckers for heartwrenching tragedy, key changes and funny hats.

The squee factor has been upped tenfold this morning – first with the news that the trailer will hit on Wednesday, and then with these nine new stills – which give us a first look at Eddie Redmayne, Amanda Seyfried and Samantha Barks. (The rest we’ve seen before. Sooo three weeks ago!) They could be considered kinda spoilery, so do avoid if you’re unfamiliar with the stage musical.

Les Miserables is released on 7 December and stars Russell Crowe, Anne Hathaway, Hugh Jackman, Eddie Redmayne, Amanda Seyfried, Samantha Barks, Sacha Baron Cohen and Helena Bonham Carter. Are you as excited as we are?
